The highest award in Rotary is the Paul Harris Award.
It is given to a Rotarian or a member of the community that has made an outstanding contribution to the community.   In addition, the Paul Harris Award can be earned by any Rotarian who makes a $1,000 cumulative contribution to The International Rotary Foundation. Funds contributed through the Paul Harris Society to the Foundation are the main source of District and Global grants that support both local and international projects that Rotary Clubs, such as the Rotary Club of Welland, establish to undertake our “Purpose” and “Service” to our local and international communities.
We invite you to learn more about the Paul Harris Award or consider nominating a community member you feel represents the Paul Harris vision.  Interested in learning about Paul Harris and how he started Rotary and expanded his vision.  Click here to learn about Rotary’s Founder and how the Paul Harris Society was formed.
