The Rotary Club of Welland held its 10th Annual Bocce Social on Wednesday September 16th at Casa Dante. 68 Rotarians, family, and friends came together to socialize and have fun.
We welcomed two teams from the Rotary Club of Grimsby, three from the Rotary Club of St. Catharines South, one from the Rotary Club of Fonthill, one each from YMCA of Niagara, B&D CPAs and Special Olympics. Special guests were three Rotary Youth Exchange Students, Marco Nazareth from Brazil, hosted by Welland Rotary, Lilly Laffineur from Belgium hosted by Fonthill Rotary and Maico LaFuente Llopis from Argentina hosted by 3 St. Catharines Rotary Clubs: Noon, Lakeshore & South. We can’t forget our host, Casa Dante.
Deanna D’Elia from YMCA Niagara won the 50/50 draw and generously donated it back to the Rotary Club of Welland
